A large company like O2 Slovakia never runs out of negative reactions from their customers. However, people are rarely aware of what’s actually behind the operations of such an extensive company. That’s why we came up with an idea for how to explain it and help eliminate negative feedback in the process.
In the Facebook game “The Best Boss”, customers tried to manage a telecom operator for themselves and competed for great prizes. The result? Engaging 24,000 people, and after 3 years we went on to develop a second version of the popular game.
